Terms & Conditions
- Guarantee Policy: All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by
a credit card or Travel agency.
All major credit cards are accepted.
- Arival/Departure Policy: Check-in time is 14:00 hrs check out is 11:00 hrs.
- Minimum age-18 years Early arrival is subject to availability, for guaranteed early check-in,
Reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
- Minimum age-18 years A recent government notification
requires guests to present proof of identity
at the time of check In. guests are requested
to carry with them the required document during their travel.
passport for foreign nationals are accepted as identity proofs.
- Cancellation Policy: Within 15 days of Arrival date/in case of No-show-No amount shall be
refunded/100% retention.
- 15-30 days prior to Arrival-50% Retention.
- 30 days or more-No Retention will be charged .
- Early departures and/or same day cancellations are subject to a charge of the total stay.
No refund shall be made for unused facilities or for any service not provided due to any reason beyond our control.
- Taxes: Room Tariff of INR 2,500-7,499 will attract 18% tax and those above Rs 7,500 will be taxed at 28%
- Meals: A full breakfast is served between 7:30 am and 10:00 am
Please let us know when making your reservation if you have any dietary concerns and our chef would be happy to modify the breakfast for you.
- Parking: We have complimentary basement parking for our guests.
upon arriving follow the driveaway to the parking area .
A driver can be accommodated in nearby guesthouse(charges applicable).
as a policy, we do not accommodate driver/ayahs/malds/nannies at the resort.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
However, guests are welcome to smoke on rooftop.
- Events/commercial Activities: All the events,
wedding shoots (pre/post) would need prior approval,falling which management has right to refuse the same without any notification
